Northern New England Living

I discovered New Hampshire in my late twenties when I was transferred from Vail to Manchester and rented a cute cape on Joppa Hill Road. I spent my free time wandering the Vermont mountains, skiing the White mountains, and discovering the Maine coast. Basically, just falling in love with Northern New England—a few of those places became the settings for my Ditchmas novels.

I couldn't know then that I'd eventually wind up making a life this far north—but may have guessed that decades later I'd still not be able to resist another bend along a back road.
